Panchakarma is a series of five therapies of steps that help remove deep rooted stress and impurities from the Physiology while balancing the doshas those energies or forces that overn all biological functions.
Doshas - Those energies of forces that govern all biological functions.
VAMANA - A medicated emesis therapy cleanses toxins collected in to the upper part of the body. Effective in Asthama,Chronic Cough, Bronchitis, Indigestion and all type of chronic skin diseases like psoriyasis, dry exema etc.
VIRECHANA - medicated purgation therapy cleanses toxins of the lower part of the body. Useful for abdominal problems like APD(Acid Peptic disorders). Chronic constipation. Dysentry. Ulceritive-colatis and IBS(Iritable Bowel Syndromes.)
BASTI - An enema of herbal decoctions and medicated oil removes toxins through the colon.all types of joint pains like Arthritis, Rehumetic Conditions. Fibro Mylegia. Nuritis and all type of Immuno-suppresive disease etc.

NASYA -administration of medication through the nasal passage helps purify and cure ailments of the head and neck area , headache , hair foiling. Migrane, Tension, Anxiety etc.

Medicated oils are applied through the nose for 7 to 14 days. This treatment is highly effective for certain kinds of headaches, paralysis, mental disorders, certain kinds of skin diseases etc.

RAKTAMOKSHANA - clean and purifies blood .Also uses a series of revitalising therapies that are designed to tone and restore the mind body balance for skin disease and arthitic condition.
PRIME BODY TREATMENT

SIROVASTI : Certain lukewarm herbal oils are poured into a cap fitted on the head for 15 to 60 minutesper day according to the patients condition for a period of 8 days. This treatment is highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness of nostrils, mouth and throat severe headaches and other vatha originated - diseases.

UDVARTHANAM :This is a typical massage with herbal powder for about 30 to 45 minutes daily for a period of 14 to 28 days. This treatment is for the diseases like hemiplegia, paralysis, obesity (excess fat) and certain rhuematic ailments.

ABHYANGAM : Special rype of oil massage in which strokes are given according to the diseases for 45 minutes for 14 days.This treatment is very useful for obesity, especially for diabetic nurpathy etc.

SNEHAPANAM : Medicated ghee is given internally in proportionately increased quantity for a period of 8 to 14 days. This treatment for osteoarthritis Psoriasis, leukemia etc

KIZHI : Herbal leaves and herbs or herbal powdres are applied to the whole body in boluses with hot medicated oils for 45 minutes per day for a period of 7 to 14 days. This treatment is for osteoarthristis,arthritis with swelling, spondilosis, sports injuries etc.

DHANYANTARM DHARA :Warm herbal oil is poured all over the body in a rhythmic way through a special vessel for 45 minutes to 1 hour daily.This treatment for hemiplegia paralysis, rhuematic complaints etc .

YONI-PRAKSHALANAM - 7 days -Herbal oils and decoctions are applied though the vaginal route. This treatment is good for gynaecological disorders . It is also a purification process for genital organs.

KATIVASTHI :In this process specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept over the lower back with herbal paste bounbdary. This treatment lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour and it is good for any type of back pain and spinal disorders.

UROVASHI :Like kativasthi warm medicated oil is kept over the chest for 45 minutes .This is an effective treatment for asthma, other respiratory problems, heart diseases and muscular chest pains.

KSHEERADHOOMAM : This is formentation with medicated cow milk. This treatment is good for facial paralysis Bells palsy, speech disorders and other nervous disorders of the face.

THALAM : Special powder mixed with medicated oil applying on the top of the head for 20 to 45 minutes . This treatment is helpfull for ENT problems, isomnia, migraine, etc.

LEPANAM : This is a process by which medicated herbal paste is applied on the affected part. This is useful for various types of inflamatory conditions

NETRA TARPANA - a special treatment for the eyes to relieve tiredness.

KSHEER BAATHI -A special treatment for abdominal problem like Dysentry, IBS , Mucuscolitis, Ulceretiv calitis and also usefull in general deblity.
